This area encompasses the areas of Yogyakarta that fall within the
immediate vicinity of Jl. Malioboro and Keraton.
Bounded by Jl. Piere Tendean and Jl. HOS Cokroaminoto on the west;
the Tugu Monument to the north; Jl. Sutomo on the east and Jl. Sutoyo
to the south this area is sometimes thought of as the historical
district of Yogya.
All hotels in this area are within a few minutes walk of the Keraton,
Taman Sari and museums along Jl. Malioboro.
